Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Strong hands-on project management skills
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
- Ability to lead teams using servant-leadership principles
- Experience in assessing agile maturity and coaching teams
- Demonstrated ability to foster a professional and collaborative team environment
- Skills in facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
- Ability to define and analyze performance metrics for teams
- Competence in stakeholder liaison roles, especially with PMO and other functional areas
- Experience in removing impediments and managing dependencies across teams
Responsibilities
- Work on-site in Bellevue, WA for one or two weeks each month
- Drive the adoption of Agile Scrum processes to improve team efficiency
- Lead teams toward high performance by applying servant-leadership principles
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the agile maturity of the team
- Experiment with strategies to enhance individual and team competencies
- Create a collaborative environment where issues can be addressed promptly
- Facilitate key agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
- Define, report, and interpret key metrics to gauge team performance
- Act as a bridge between the PMO and the development team
- Manage dependencies and remove obstacles affecting team progress
