- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows PCs, MacOS, printers, firewalls, switches, and other key infrastructure components
- Collaborate with security teams to contribute technical expertise during incident response initiatives
- Manage infrastructure projects from start to finish, adhering to established timelines and quality standards
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Optimize server and network performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and implement best practices across all systems
- Conduct system upgrades and migrations to maintain current and efficient infrastructure
- Document processes and deliver training to enhance the capabilities of the team
