Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or related safety-critical fields
- Strong command of modern C++ (C++14/17 or later) and adherence to software engineering best practices
- Comprehensive knowledge of perception systems, multi-sensor fusion, or object tracking methodologies
- Preferred experience in robotics, active safety, or autonomous systems
- Demonstrated capability to navigate and deliver results in complex, large-scale codebases
- Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance high-performance tracking algorithms for perception and active safety applications
- Create robust and scalable C++ software for real-time, safety-critical use cases
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Perception, Sensor Fusion, Planning, and Controls to achieve production-ready tracking solutions
- Perform evaluations of performance, debugging, and optimization on extensive datasets and onboard systems
