Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, demonstrating a record of building critical enterprise systems.
- Deep understanding of system design, distributed architectures, and asynchronous communication methods.
- Proficient in one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or C#) and experienced with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React or Next.js).
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker/K8s), alongside a focus on security within CI/CD practices.
- Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and creating scalable data pipelines.
- Strong skills with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to enhance development speed and quality.
- Knowledge of ITIL or ITSM frameworks, with a preference for automation and self-service solutions.
- Commitment to improving user experience for employees by advocating for optimal product features.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of cloud-native enterprise services to support a vast global user base.
- Design workflows and decision-support systems utilizing LLMs and machine learning to transition from manual processes to proactive, automated resolutions.
- Uphold high standards in code quality, security, and performance, mentoring junior engineers and conducting architecture reviews.
- Take full ownership of technical projects from initial concept through production deployment and subsequent scaling.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Facilities to simplify complex business processes into seamless automated solutions.
- Identify opportunities for extensive process automation within the platform, employing advanced automation techniques like AI agents and orchestration.
- Create robust API integrations and event-driven architectures to connect various enterprise data silos.
- Offer technical direction in Applied AI architecture and best practices, ensuring alignment of AI models with existing systems and workflows.
