- Solid programming expertise in C++ and Python.
- Basic understanding of parallel programming models like CUDA/OpenCL.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research on cutting-edge perception models alongside the ADAS software teams.
- Spearhead the development of optimization techniques for implementing quantized perception models (e.g., CNNs, Transformers, LLMs) on embedded and mixed hardware platforms.
- Create and execute hardware-aware optimization strategies, covering quantization methods, model compression, memory-efficient formats, and operator fusion, tailored for custom accelerators.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize model architecture and processing pipelines while adhering to real-time constraints (latency, throughput, power).
- Evaluate and analyze system performance across various platforms and refine processes to maximize deployment efficiency.
- Work closely with perception, systems, and autonomy teams to ensure that model optimization aligns with hardware roadmaps and practical autonomy needs.
