Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or software development
- Proven expertise in Streamlit, including building multi-page applications, integrating APIs, and deploying to production environments
- Advanced proficiency in Python, particularly with libraries such as pandas, numpy, and plotly for data manipulation
- Strong SQL skills with a track record of designing and optimizing analytical queries
- Good understanding of ETL frameworks (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Spark, Databricks) and data modeling best practices
- Familiarity with AWS and data warehouses like Snowflake or Databricks
- Experience with software engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and maintainability
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate analytical requirements into technical solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Streamlit dashboards, ensuring high performance and maintainability
- Architect reusable Streamlit components and frameworks for scalable dashboard development across various applications
- Write clean, modular Python code and utilize libraries such as pandas, Plotly, and Pydeck for advanced data visualization
- Design and maintain ETL pipelines and SQL data models to ensure accurate and timely data flow for the dashboards
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to turn metrics, KPIs, and product insights into effective production-grade dashboards
- Optimize data retrieval logic, caching, and query execution for swift and reliable dashboard performance
- Establish best practices for testing and quality assurance in analytical applications
- Work in partnership with infrastructure teams to ensure scalability, security, and access control in data applications
- Mentor fellow engineers in building high-quality analytical applications using Streamlit and modern data tools
