Requirements
Must:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelors, masters, or PhD program
- Pursuing a degree related to computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team
- Familiarity with software development using object-oriented programming
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, and JavaScript
- Understanding of relational databases including PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and MySQL
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and enhance software skills by building modular code libraries and templates for automation components
- Lead initiatives for improving code organization, documentation, maintainability, and reusability
- Develop full-stack functionalities within code generation tools
- Assist in creating user-friendly HMI and SCADA screens for equipment operation and troubleshooting, optimizing data acquisition and transfer
- Design software to interface between manufacturing equipment and supervisory systems like MES
