Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in intricate integration initiatives encompassing both SaaS and on-premise applications.
- At least 2 years of direct hands-on experience focusing specifically on AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue, EKS, API Gateway).
- Proficient in at least one significant middleware platform such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.
- Strong skills in programming languages like Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Solid grasp of Microservices, API design, ETL processes, and Web Services.
- Extensive knowledge of industry-standard protocols, including REST, SFTP, HTTPS, and SMTP.
- Practical experience implementing integration authentication methods like OAuth, SAML, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Preferred experience with Amazon Bedrock Agents or framework-agnostic platforms like Bedrock AgentCore; familiarity with open-source frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex is a significant advantage.
- Experience using Airflow or AWS Step Functions to orchestrate multi-step agent workflows, handle retries, and manage human-in-the-loop approvals.
- Highly desirable experience in integrating SaaS applications with SAP HANA.
- Proven end-to-end B2B integration experience (EDI, Punch-out/Punch-in); familiarity with gRPC, AS2, and WebSockets is a distinct advantage.
- Successful track record using tools like AWS Lambda and Apache Airflow for managing data pipelines and workflow orchestration.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in GitLab Version Control and branching strategies (e.g., GitLab Flow, Trunk-based development) within heavily regulated environments.
- Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, or CloudFormation to automate deployment workflows.

- Design and implement asynchronous and synchronous integration patterns such as Request/Response, Pub/Sub, and Event Streaming using AWS native architecture.
- Develop integrations utilizing AWS services, Kafka, and iPaaS platforms like Dell Boomi and Workato.
- Construct decoupled, event-driven systems aimed at alleviating common challenges of distributed systems, including network latency and eventual consistency.
- Quickly learn and leverage emerging Generative AI technologies, transitioning from traditional middleware to AI-enhanced integration patterns.
- Standardize integration templates and reusable services to promote scalability and alignment with industry standards.
- Enable citizen integrators by offering self-service frameworks, effectively enhancing integration capabilities throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define requirements and deliver technical solutions with a focus on a product-first approach.
- Advocate for architectural excellence by providing expert insights on corporate strategies and standards within the broader technical community.
