Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in application security.
- Strong enthusiasm for cybersecurity and commitment to keeping abreast with industry standards and tools.
- Expertise in GraphQL, AWS, React, Java, Node.js, Python, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven experience in reviewing and addressing common SAST vulnerabilities.
- Solid coding or scripting skills in languages like Python and Go for developing security utilities and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate source code and application architectures to pinpoint and inform development teams of security vulnerabilities.
- Assist in implementing security configurations and countermeasures based on emerging threats and industry developments.
- Manage and prioritize external submissions from Rivians Bug Bounty program.
- Create and enhance automated security tools and security workflows within CI/CD pipelines to facilitate vulnerability assessment and threat modeling.
- Collaborate closely with Rivians penetration testing team to identify solutions for security vulnerabilities.
