Requirements
Must:
- I need a candidate fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- I require the candidate to work in person in Saskatoon, SK.
- At least 8 years of relevant IT experience is essential (or a minimum of 5 years in an MSP).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, networking, and infrastructure are critical.
- The ability to mentor junior team members while tackling complex technical challenges is necessary.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to resolve intricate technical issues that may confound the rest of the team.
- You will design and implement network solutions, including site-to-site VPNs, VLANs, and routing.
- I need you to manage Windows Server environments, focusing on AD DS, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and Entra Connect.
- You will be our specialist in M365 and Intune, overseeing security, device management, and troubleshooting.
- An important part of your role will be responding to urgent client calls when significant issues arise.
- You will lead projects related to our internal infrastructure.
- Mentoring junior technicians through difficult problems will also be part of your responsibilities.
- Communicating technical concepts in a clear manner to non-technical clients is essential.
