Lead Direct Support Professional - Employment Team

- Provide on-the-job support and training to adults with disabilities in community work sites. - Analyze job tasks and develop suitable training methods. - Maintain written documentation of each individual served. - Supervise daily job site operations in alignment with program requirements. - Uphold Rises Standards of Excellence by committing to and implementing person-centered practices. - Ensure effective communication with staff and stakeholders, responding promptly to emails and calls. - Participate in fostering a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to safety protocols. - Maintain an updated site manual and ensure proper documentation using case-management software. - Track and record time and attendance for payroll and billing in a timely manner. - Observe work performance and maintain quality control records as needed. - Develop personalized training and support strategies based on individual goals established by team members. - Attend team meetings to provide updates on individual needs and employment site concerns. - Create training objectives based on the support teams feedback. - Prepare various reports and documentation for individuals served. - Assist individuals in setting up and executing assigned jobs while supporting their self-care needs. - Facilitate therapeutic programming and general cleaning of the work area as required. - Serve as a positive role model for individuals through appropriate behavior and teamwork. - Comply with drug/alcohol testing requirements when needed.
