Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.) and database management systems
- Current, valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Compliance with DHS Rule 11 and Rise MVR background checks
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with site contacts
- Capability to independently manage complex work sites
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support and training to adults with disabilities at community work locations
- Analyze job tasks and create effective training methods
- Maintain comprehensive records and reports for each individual served
- Supervise job site operations in compliance with program requirements
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners
- Ensure a safe and healthy workplace by following safety protocols
- Assist individuals in achieving personal goals and developing independent skills
- Attend team meetings to discuss individual needs and any site issues
- Document individual progress in treatment plans and reports
- Facilitate transportation services as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and care of work areas
- Exhibit positive behavior as a role model for individuals served
