Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in implementing AI and automation tools in a business environment
- Strong familiarity with the contemporary AI technology stack, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and relevant APIs
- Proficiency with no-code/low-code automation platforms such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or similar
- Basic to intermediate coding skills in Python or JavaScript for custom integrations and scripts
- Ability to understand and optimize systems, effectively mapping processes for automation
- Exceptional communication skills to convey technical implementations as business outcomes
- A self-motivated operator who excels in dynamic and fast-paced settings
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits of existing tools, workflows, and operations across our portfolio companies
- Develop and maintain a prioritized map of AI opportunities throughout the organization
- Report quarterly on AI implementation progress and ROI to the founder
- Automate patient intake and follow-up procedures using AI-driven messaging for RISE
- Create workflows for content generation across various platforms like Instagram and email
- Utilize AI for generating brand copy, conducting A/B testing, and monitoring competitors
- Enhance customer support operations through AI solutions for quicker response times
- Design churn prediction models and re-engagement automation for improved customer retention
- Construct training programs for sales representatives at Surgical Republic through AI
- Streamline CRM processes, follow-up mechanisms, and territory management reporting
- Create AI-assisted tools for sales intelligence and conference preparation
- Automate financial reporting and data categorization for Republic Real Estate
- Implement market analysis and acquisition screening tools powered by AI
- Standardize AI tools across all companies including prompt libraries and workflow templates
- Educate team members on the use of AI tools and create internal documentation
- Research and assess new AI tools to stay ahead of industry trends
- Develop tailored AI solutions when existing options do not meet requirements
