Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience may substitute for education)
- 4–8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, DevSecOps, or security engineering roles, with at least 3 years focused on AWS
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS Organizations, Identity Center (SSO), IAM, and network security configurations
- Proven track record in designing and implementing disaster recovery solutions, including RTO/RPO planning
- Proficient in Terraform for managing multi-account infrastructure and security policies
- Experience with AWS-native and open-source monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Familiarity with AWS security services like GuardDuty, Security Hub, and Config Rules
- Ability to build and manage CI/CD pipelines with a focus on security practices
- Strong automation skills, with experience in scripting languages like Python and Bash
- Excellent documentation abilities to create clear, audit-ready technical documentation
- Capacity to work autonomously and troubleshoot issues in a collaborative team setting
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage security controls across our AWS multi-account environment, focusing on IAM architecture and least-privilege access
- Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using AWS-native and open-source tools
- Create automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning, security enforcement, and operational tasks
- Develop and secure CI/CD pipelines, ensuring adherence to best practices in authentication and secrets management
- Generate and maintain compliance documentation for GSMA SAS-SM audits and future certifications
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Cloud Operations on infrastructure design and capacity planning
- Design and implement disaster recovery strategies, ensuring systems meet recovery time objectives
- Conduct regular disaster recovery testing and maintain thorough recovery documentation
