Requirements
Must:
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, or IT operations
- Proficiency with both Windows and Mac devices, end to end
- Prior experience managing onboarding/offboarding and access management
- Strong organization skills with a preference for checklists and inventory management
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical individuals
- Comfort working with a remote manager, without the need for constant supervision
- Willingness to work full-time onsite in Simsbury, CT
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main IT contact for both office and field teams
- Set up, deploy, recover, and redeploy laptops, phones, and tablets
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes across 10+ SaaS tools (including Salesforce, Google Workspace, CompanyCam, SpotIO, RingCentral, ADP, etc.)
- Collaborate directly with AT&T, Verizon, and Comcast on service issues and device management
- Coordinate with technology leaders for escalated support issues
- Maintain a precise inventory of devices and accessories for new hires
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, printers, and connectivity
- Secure accounts and devices during employee separations

We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to take charge of onsite IT in our Simsbury office, with direct reporting to our remote Technology Lead based in Georgia.
