Requirements
Must:
- 8-10+ years of experience in managing enterprise Windows endpoints
- Extensive hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Windows Autopilot
- Proficient in designing and operating Cloud Management Gateway (CMG)
- In-depth knowledge of Windows patching, feature updates, servicing channels, and update rings
- Experience with application packaging (MSI, MSIX, Win32) and deployment automation
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities
- Experience in security-oriented or regulated environments
- Ability to work independently while influencing standards and architecture
Responsibilities
- Own the complete Windows endpoint platform across on-premises and cloud-managed settings
- Architect, deploy, and manage SCCM, Intune, and Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning and lifecycle oversight
- Design, implement, and oversee Cloud Management Gateway (CMG) for secure internet-based device management
- Establish patching strategies, update rings, feature upgrades, and Windows servicing models
- Create and maintain OS images, application packaging, and deployment processes
- Uphold security baselines, compliance policies, and device hardening in collaboration with Information Security
- Automate remediation, reporting, and monitoring of device health at scale
- Resolve complex endpoint issues across hybrid and cloud-only environments
- Define technical standards and guide junior engineers on best practices in endpoint engineering
Description
We are looking for a Senior Endpoint Engineer to take charge of and enhance our enterprise Windows endpoint platform across both on-premises and cloud environments. This hands-on and strategic role is focused on ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable device management through tools such as SCCM, Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Cloud Management Gateway (CMG). You will act as the technical leader in Windows endpoint engineering, collaborating closely with our Information Security team and mentoring junior engineers while establishing platform standards and best practices. This full-time position is hybrid remote, based in New York, NY, offering a competitive salary range of $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually, along with benefits including 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
