We require a candidate with 5β8 years of IT support experience specifically in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and ERP systems (Global Shop is preferred) is essential. Familiarity with ITSM ticketing platforms like Fresh Service or ServiceNow is necessary. Basic networking skills, alongside the ability to troubleshoot printers and RF scanners, are important. A college degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is preferred, along with relevant CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, or similar). Additionally, reliable transportation for travel between sites is mandatory.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver effective L1 and L2 support for hardware, software, networks, printers, and RF scanners across various manufacturing locations. You will manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies, as well as support Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). You will also administer and troubleshoot our ERP system (preferably Global Shop) and respond to tickets via ITSM tools, ensuring prompt resolutions. Basic networking troubleshooting (including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and switches) will be part of your duties. You will maintain IT inventory, assist with hardware deployments, and collaborate with Level 2/3 IT staff and vendors for escalated issues.

Description
We are offering a long-term contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position, with hourly compensation ranging from $29 to $32 plus mileage reimbursement.
