Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency with Office 365, Windows Server 2012 and above, Windows 10 and above, and Office 2016 and above
- Familiarity with RMM, network management, EDR/MDR, and SIEM tools
- Experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Capacity to operate independently with minimal guidance
- Background in ticketing and asset management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Outstanding verbal, written, and documentation communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities
- Consistent adherence to policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in VMware ESXi and Hyper-V management
- Experience with Datto RMM, Auvik, Sophos EDR, Datto/Acronis backup, SIEM, and related technologies
- ITILv4 Foundations certification
- Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, or Windows Server 2012 and above
Responsibilities
- Execute routine NOC and helpdesk functions
- Oversee, document, and address tickets promptly through phone, email, and chat
- Install, modify, and repair software and hardware for computers and servers
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls
- Administer toolsets utilized to assist clients
- Engage with clients to confirm issue resolution
- Elevate complex issues to the next support tier
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
