Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience as a server or in a guest service position is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
- Familiarity with food, wine, and beverage service standards is advantageous.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and detail menu items and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond swiftly, and ensure satisfaction during the dining experience.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to assure precise and efficient order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, side stations, and service zones.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols along with company service standards.
- Process payments, manage cash or credit transactions, and reconcile checks at the end of the shift.
- Assist teammates with table setup, clearing, and restocking as necessary.
- Exemplify company values of hospitality, teamwork, and guest care.
