Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in healthcare EDI development and familiarity with 5010 transaction standards.
- Strong proficiency in EDI 837 and 835 transaction set mapping along with technical specifications.
- Background in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and LINQ for backend data integration.
- Expertise in HL7 messaging, including 945 and 947 transaction sets, and flat file processing.
- Knowledgeable in Unix/Linux Red Hat environments and Shell Scripting for automation purposes.
- Experience with Managed File Transfer protocols and SSIS for effective data transformation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and establish intricate data integration components, including EDI mapping and translation.
- Configure EDI systems to cater to essential administrative processes and healthcare business needs.
- Develop data transformation rules to govern both upstream and downstream system effects.
- Conduct comprehensive EDI system testing and ensure high-quality control over data sets.
- Troubleshoot code defects and implement corrective measures for inbound and outbound transaction discrepancies.
- Assess partner requirements to analyze and adjust EDI applications and process maps.
- Oversee daily EDI operations and manage the retransmission of corrected outbound documents.
