Requirements
Must:
- 7-9 years of experience primarily with Oracle Cloud PPM and Apps R12
- Functional expertise in support and implementation of project financial management modules, including project billing, project control, project costing, project foundation, and project contracts
- Experience with interfaces to external modules via OIC
- A minimum of 2 projects in Oracle Cloud and 2 in R12 support pertaining to these modules
- Knowledge of Payables and GL is a plus
- Ability to establish SLA rules and handle accounting tasks
- Proficient in solution design and creation of functional documents, as well as test/use case documentation
- Strong communication skills and capability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Skilled in customer interaction
Responsibilities
- Engage in the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud PPM and related modules
- Utilize expertise in project financial management to assist with various modules
- Collaborate on the design of interfaces with external modules through OIC
- Conduct support activities for both Oracle Cloud and R12 environments
- Define service level agreements to enhance efficiency in processes
- Prepare functional documentation and design solutions in alignment with project needs
- Develop and create test cases to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver superior service
