Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar professional experience
- Over 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience for enterprise-level applications
- Advanced proficiency in server-side and client-side scripting, API creation, and platform configuration
- Solid understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules
- Experience in managing system upgrades, instance cloning, and multi-instance environments
- Proven expertise with Integration Hub, REST integrations, and external system connections
- Knowledgeable in Domain Separation and multi-tenant architecture
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory; Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred
- Demonstrated capability in mentoring developers and providing technical leadership
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills across functional areas

Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow functionalities utilizing server-side and client-side scripting, including Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs
- Design and configure Service Catalogs, Catalog APIs, Order Guides, ACLs, Roles, Workspaces, and UI Builder interfaces
- Create and customize Employee Center, portals, widgets, and Angular-based UI components to align with business needs
- Establish and maintain REST and Scripted REST APIs, Flow Designer solutions, SubFlows, and Integration Hub actions, including custom integrations and automation scripts
- Implement and oversee notifications, templates, mail scripts, dashboards, reports, and performance analytics
- Monitor system health, assess upgrade and performance logs, and improve platform reliability and scalability
- Act as the technical intermediary between architects and developers, ensuring adherence to design principles and architectural guidelines
- Carry out code reviews and uphold development best practices to ensure high-quality, manageable solutions
- Manage instance upgrades, cloning tasks, data archiving, replication processes, and domain separation configurations
- Design and facilitate integrations with external systems, including SSO, discovery tools, Service Graph Connectors, ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow e-bonding, and AI-driven automation scenarios
- Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed
