Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with SAP ECC and S/4 Hana (SD, MM, CS modules)
- Practical knowledge of SAP Pricing and Service Contracts
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications
- Understanding of PLM systems (preferably Teamcenter) and SAP integrations
- Experience with RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
- Strong grasp of spares, service, and pricing business processes
- Capability to thrive in a global, cross-functional setting
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background in supporting large-scale Digital Transformation or ERP initiatives
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional BSA for Spares / Service Product Line systems
- Assist in Digital Transformation initiatives, focusing on process alignment and system modernization
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements; convert them into functional specifications
- Direct end-to-end solution design across SAP ECC, S/4 Hana, Fiori, and Teamcenter
- Collaborate with development teams for RICEF design, build, testing, and deployment
- Support service contracts, pricing frameworks, and cost models
- Lead UAT, cutover, and go-live assistance
- Ensure integration reliability between SAP and Teamcenter
- Work closely with Global Pricing, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance stakeholders
- Provide ongoing production support, root cause analysis, and foster continuous improvement

We are looking for a skilled Senior IT / Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team in Fremont, CA, to support the Spares and Service Product Line as part of our Digital Transformation initiatives. This position involves the functional ownership, enhancement, and operational backing of SAP ECC, S/4 Hana, SAP Fiori applications, and integrations with Teamcenter, Alexandria, and Data Lake.
