Technical Project Manager - Agile & IT

- Lead the complete delivery of technical projects from initiation to closure - Define the projects scope, timeline, milestones, risks, and dependencies - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and status reports - Assign, track, and ensure task completion by technical teams - Facilitate project execution by coordinating with engineering, service desk, and vendors - Act as the primary contact for all project communications - Conduct client kickoff meetings, regular project check-ins, and final closeout meetings - Provide clear updates regarding progress, risks, changes, and next steps - Set expectations while proactively managing changes in scope - Maintain a professional demeanor with a client-first approach - Transform business requirements into technical needs and workflows - Collaborate with engineers to verify design, methodology, and implementation - Manage change windows, downtime, and communication with users - Ensure all required documentation is created for support handoff and operational readiness - Identify and escalate risks at an early stage - Track issues until resolution and ensure team accountability - Manage project modifications through clear documentation and approvals - Capture and apply lessons learned from previous projects to future endeavors - Keep precise project notes, documentation, and artifacts up-to-date - Monitor project financials, including time, materials, and vendor costs as applicable - Support improving internal processes, templates, and standard procedures - Align project delivery to company standards and client service level agreements (SLAs)
