Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Deliver first-line technical support for hardware, software, and system-related challenges
- Address and resolve service requests and incidents through the ticketing system while adhering to established SLAs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and handle password resets according to security policies
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for end users
- Escalate complex or unresolved problems to the relevant technical teams
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment setup and access provisioning
- Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes and user experience
