Requirements
Must:
- 5-10 years of software development experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI-driven applications, particularly agent-based systems
- Demonstrated experience as a product owner, product manager, or technical lead with direct business accountability
- Proven proficiency with agentic coding tools and AI-native development environments such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot
- Experience in creating custom skills, tool definitions, and structured prompt architectures for AI agents
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks for agent behavior
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of additional languages (C#, Go, Rust) is advantageous
- Experience with front-end (React, Next.js) and back-end (FastAPI, Express.js) frameworks
- Expertise in Git and CI/CD pipelines, as well as database systems including PostgreSQL and Neo4j
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agent systems that interpret goals and execute workflows
- Build and maintain custom skills, plugins, and tool integrations that enhance agent functionality within enterprise environments
- Create multi-agent orchestration patterns, including agent-to-agent delegation and parallel task execution
- Implement memory frameworks and context management strategies to ensure reliable and safe agent operation
- Develop system prompts and evaluation pipelines to continuously enhance agent performance
- Construct robust web applications and APIs that serve as the backbone for AI solutions
- Collaborate across front-end and back-end technologies to deliver fully operational systems
- Design and implement data pipelines and infrastructure that support agent operations at scale
- Write maintainable and well-tested code and perform thorough code reviews
- Own the product vision and roadmap from conception through delivery and iteration
- Translate business needs into prioritized backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Engage with clients and cross-functional teams to define project scope and manage expectations
- Evaluate product outcomes using relevant KPIs and make informed build-vs-buy technology decisions
- Lead sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives as both a contributor and coach
