Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 8+ years of professional Java development experience
- 4+ years building applications with Spring Boot
- 4+ years developing front-end applications using React
- Hands-on experience with message-based or event-driven systems
- Strong understanding of:
- Java concurrency and core libraries
- RESTful APIs and integration patterns
- Modern software design patterns
- Preferred experience with RabbitMQ
- Experience with PrimeFaces (6.x or newer) and JSF
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch or similar search/indexing platforms
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficient in CI/CD tools and DevOps practices

Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise Java applications using modern frameworks
- Build and maintain microservices with Spring Boot
- Apply event-driven architecture patterns to create scalable, loosely coupled systems
- Develop and enhance responsive front-end interfaces using React
- Contribute to UI development utilizing JSF / PrimeFaces in legacy-integrated environments
- Implement asynchronous messaging with RabbitMQ
- Translate architectural patterns from Kafka to RabbitMQ if necessary
- Create producers, consumers, routing logic, and integration components
- Deploy applications in containerized environments (Kubernetes)
- Support CI/CD pipelines and facilitate automated deployments
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance production systems
- Perform performance tuning and scalability improvements
- Write unit tests that ensure high code coverage
- Participate in peer code reviews
- Adhere to secure coding and enterprise development standards
- Create technical documentation and design artifacts
- Generate sequence diagrams and architectural summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Deliver regular status updates and time reports
