Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Over 8 years of experience in data integration, systems engineering, or a related area
- Proficiency with data pipelines, ETL processes, and distributed systems
- Experience supporting Department of Defense or intelligence environments
- Strong knowledge of data security and cross-domain constraints
Responsibilities
- Oversee integration across intelligence systems, platforms, and multi-domain environments
- Design and manage data ingestion, transformation, and messaging pipelines
- Facilitate data analytics, AI/ML frameworks, and data-driven mission capabilities
- Assess and incorporate new technologies to improve system performance and scalability
- Ensure data quality, security, and adherence to Department of Defense standards
- Provide technical leadership, direction, and coordination among teams and stakeholders
Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Integration / Systems Integrator (Team Lead) located in Fort Belvoir, VA, to lead our efforts in supporting military intelligence platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in enabling secure data sharing and interoperability across classified environments. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $180,000 to $195,000 annually, and the position is primarily onsite, with limited telework authorized as needed.
