Must:

- Preferred: at least one year of progressive experience in hospitality or a related field.

- Ensure the property is consistently maintained in optimal condition, minimizing inconvenience to guests and staff.
- Repair the air conditioning systems, including changing filters, cleaning coils, and replacing motors.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment, such as boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems.
- Take necessary readings on equipment performance.
- Test and document cooling tower readings.
- Replace and set up televisions as required.
- Change light switches, outlets, bulbs, and fixtures.
- Carry out furniture repairs as needed.
- Repair or replace pumps as required.
- Address plumbing issues, including clogged drains and pipe repairs.
- Skillfully read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Trace and repair various water lines.
- Diagnose and fix kitchen equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate repair and preventive maintenance logs.
- Adhere to local, state, and federal codes for all repairs and maintenance.
- Clean and repair swimming pools and spas as necessary.
- Paint designated areas as required.
- Repair and finish drywall to maintain appearance.
- Address various wall covering repairs.
- Maintain and program the hotels electronic lock systems.
