Requirements
Must:
- I have a minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience, with an expertise in Node.js, PostgreSQL, and React.
- I possess proven leadership skills—having led teams, mentored developers, and spearheaded significant initiatives.
- I have experience with AI tools or APIs (such as OpenAI, LangChain, etc.), which is a significant advantage.
- I am familiar with workflow automation tools like n8n or Zapier.
- I have a strong understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and scalable development methodologies.
- I write clean, well-documented code and excel in communication. Asynchronous teamwork experience is preferred.
- I maintain an active GitHub profile or have public code samples to showcase my work.
Responsibilities
- I will architect and scale complete end-to-end systems using React and Tailwind on the frontend, and Node.js with PostgreSQL on the backend.
- I will lead, mentor, and manage a small team of 5 developers, establishing technical direction, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices.
- I will translate product and business goals into clear technical roadmaps.
- I will oversee the software development lifecycle—handling everything from sprint planning and backlog refinement to testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- I will integrate advanced AI workflows and workflow automation.
- I will ensure system performance, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency, making key infrastructure decisions in AWS.
- I will address challenging problems through debugging, performance optimization, and innovation.
- I will define and enhance engineering standards—covering tests, documentation, conventions, CI/CD, and automation.

Our platform is set to launch within the next 30 days, and our current lead developer, who has played a crucial role in the system's development, will facilitate a smooth transition until January 2026. In this leadership position, you’ll take charge of architecture, technical strategy, and execution. You’ll join a talented team of 5 full-stack programmers and collaborate closely with product, operations, and leadership. Our platform is a cutting-edge, AI-integrated tool designed for property managers and real estate professionals, facilitating everything from automation to intelligent lead management, maintenance workflows, business development pipelines, and financial tools—simplifying operations and enabling growth for real estate businesses of all sizes. The technology stack is modern, clean, and optimized for speed and flexibility. Compensation for this full-time role starts at a base salary of $124,000 per year, with achievement-based bonuses, medical benefits, remote work flexibility, and the promise of long-term leadership opportunities as the platform scales.
