Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of experience in network engineering within an MSP, MSSP, or TSP environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure
- In-depth knowledge of network security
- Familiarity with SIEM platforms
- Experience in DLP solutions
- Expertise in endpoint security remediation
- Hands-on experience with Veeam, NinjaOne, SentinelOne, AppRiver, Infosec IQ, or KnowBe4
- Background in regulated or compliance-focused environments
- Strong grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & switching, and firewall administration
- Capacity to manage multiple client environments simultaneously
- Excellent communication and documentation capabilities
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support secure enterprise networking architectures
- Configure and maintain firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, switching/routing, and wireless systems
- Lead initiatives for infrastructure modernization and cloud migration
- Troubleshoot network and system issues across diverse client settings
- Support and uphold CMMC-aligned environments and security measures
- Implement and manage DLP solutions, SIEM platforms, EDR, and security baselines
- Conduct vulnerability remediation and incident response tasks
- Assist with preparation for audits and compliance documentation
- Deploy and manage Azure environments, including Azure AD/Entra ID and Virtual Networks
- Administer and support backup environments using Veeam and NinjaOne
- Develop and test disaster recovery procedures for compliance
- Serve as a Tier III escalation resource and guide junior engineers
- Lead technical projects and engage in client meetings for strategic guidance
- Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
