Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on IT support or field service experience, preferably with executive or VIP support - Strong background in customer service with a focus on white-glove or concierge service - Proven experience in supporting desktop and laptop hardware - Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems - Experience with mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Capability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal guidance - Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications: - Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications - Experience in supporting executive leadership or C-suite clientele - Background in airline, airport, transportation, or regulated environments - Familiarity with enterprise IT service management tools

Responsibilities

- Deliver tailored, white-glove IT support to executive leadership and VIP clients - Act as the primary contact for urgent and high-priority technical matters - Offer onsite, remote, and mobile assistance with minimal interruption to executive activities - Ensure strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data - Proactively address and resolve break/fix incidents for executive users - Troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices across various operating systems - Provide assistance with Microsoft Office applications and productivity tools for executives - Install, configure, and maintain hardware, including computers, monitors, printers, and peripherals - Support mobile device setup, security, and connectivity needs - Address network, LAN, VPN, and connectivity issues as required - Assist during executive travel, meetings, and critical business activities - Manage and accurately document IT service tickets with professionalism - Provide timely updates and clear communication to executive stakeholders - Maintain detailed documentation, asset tracking, and configuration records - Assist in IT projects and special initiatives that involve executive leadership - Serve as a trusted IT advisor and representative of our company - Uphold a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times - Communicate clearly, respectfully, and effectively across all levels of the organization
