A customer-centered mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to effectively manage time while multitasking are key traits. Candidates should possess strong written communication skills and be capable of completing administrative tasks both accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to deliver outstanding onsite IT support with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. You will proactively address and resolve break/fix incidents while managing IT service tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolutions. We need you to perform hardware support for desktops and laptops, and also support and troubleshoot mobile devices. Additionally, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair baggage printers and install new computers, monitors, and other IT hardware as necessary. You will take charge of managing and maintaining computer hardware and software, which includes installation and configuration. Troubleshooting software issues across various platforms, such as Microsoft Office applications, is also part of your responsibilities. You’ll assist in managing our IT infrastructure, including LAN setups and networks, while effectively communicating with users to understand their needs and providing clear instructions for issue resolution.

This position is for a full-time Field Service IT Technician at Honolulu International Airport in Hawaii.
