Requirements

Must:
- Proficient in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and management of: - Active Directory - Remote Access - Windows Server - Software Distribution - Microsoft & Office 365 - Imaging - Internet technologies: DNS, DHCP - Asset Management - QOS and VOIP configurations - Capable of providing technical support by identifying, troubleshooting, and addressing issues with desktop systems, networks, internet, and other computer technologies. - Skilled in using office equipment such as computers, printers, faxes, and scanners. - Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard user productivity tools. - Must be available during standard business hours (8 am โ€“ 5 pm) and willing to work after hours as necessary. - Requires reliable transportation to serve on-site clients in the DFW area. - Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs, including participation in an on-call rotation. - Detail-oriented, possessing strong interpersonal and documentation skills. - Effective communication with team members and clients, fostering a collaborative environment. - Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. - A valid state-issued driverโ€™s license and reliable vehicle are mandatory. - Readiness to travel throughout the DFW area.

Responsibilities

As part of our Partner Success Team, the On-Site Technical Engineer plays a crucial role in conducting technical service work at client locations as well as remotely from our Frisco office. Key responsibilities include: - Ensuring the proper functioning of client computer systems, identifying risk areas for clients to address, and diligently reporting work performed and findings to management and client contacts. - Installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and utilizing various computer systems, software, peripheral devices, servers, and network equipment. - Engaging with clients, third parties, and vendors as necessary for daily operations, ensuring quality customer service and professional behavior. - Maintaining an understanding of Reliable Systems, client environments, and service offerings to drive success in the role. - Building and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are balanced with the interests of our organization.
