Requirements
Must:
- Extensive senior-level IT experience required
- Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting is strongly preferred
- Diverse generalist skill set with significant hands-on experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Office 365, Entra ID, and Azure
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS
- Experience with on-prem to Microsoft 365 email migrations
- Knowledge of SharePoint, OneDrive, and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems and client assistance
- Expertise in networking equipment such as firewalls, switches, and routers, specifically Cisco and Meraki
- Understanding of enterprise and SMB WiFi systems
- Experience with file servers and storage solutions
- Proficient in macOS, iOS, iPhone, iPad, and Android devices
- Ability to identify root causes rather than just symptoms
Responsibilities
- Address and resolve client service requests and incidents as part of the Service Desk team
- Troubleshoot and rectify intricate issues across cloud, server, network, and endpoint systems
- Implement and support migrations from on-premises to Microsoft 365 mail systems
- Provide support for Microsoft cloud environments and identity systems
- Assist clients with the rollout, troubleshooting, and adoption of MFA
- Support various platforms, including Apple, Windows, and mobile devices
- Ensure meticulous and accurate ticket updates and documentation
- Uphold and implement IT best practices consistently
- Travel to client locations when necessary
