Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years in IT support roles
- Valid drivers license for local travel
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities in Windows environments
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 with user management experience
- Comfortable providing support via phone and remote connections
- Excellent communication skills and attention to documentation

Responsibilities
- Manage Level 2 support tickets and effectively troubleshoot issues
- Assist clients through phone calls, guiding them to resolve problems
- Prioritize and triage incoming requests efficiently
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 user management and common challenges
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, operating systems, networking, and cloud services
- Aid in system build and deployment processes
- Support onsite installations as necessary
- Maintain organization and smooth operation of the service bench
