Requirements

Must:
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access and willingness to obtain CI Polygraph - U.S. Citizenship is mandatory - Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field - Over 5 years of experience in software development, encompassing all phases of the software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance) - Proven expertise in modern programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Clojure, Java, JavaScript, etc. - Experience in designing, developing, documenting, testing, and troubleshooting software with logical and mathematical problem-solving components - Demonstrated experience with rapid prototyping and Agile-based software development methodologies - Familiarity with GEOINT/SIGINT/IMINT domains - Additional skills we are keen on include: - Understanding of machine learning concepts - Experience in microservice-based architectures - Knowledge of web application development concepts and experience using web frameworks - Familiarity with container technologies and orchestration (Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes) - Experience with continuous integration and software configuration management tools (Git, GitLab, GitLab CI, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence) - AWS experience and/or AWS certification (Developer, DevOps, Architect, etc.) - Security+ Certification - Strong preference for candidates with Python programming experience ---

Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer, I will expect you to: - Contribute to the design, development, testing, and integration of innovative capabilities from concept to production within a complex system - Integrate functionalities from various systems across the enterprise while accommodating the needs of users and stakeholders - Take part in daily standups, sprint and release planning activities, and collaborate with other team members like systems engineers, administrators, testers, etc., to achieve the tasks outlined in user stories - Write or assist in the creation of documentation and end-user instructions/manuals as necessary ---
