Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree or significant relevant experience
- 7 years of relevant professional experience
- 4 years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability in large ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, including analyzing large datasets
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience in technology implementation projects
- Analytical skills for data extraction and reporting
- Understanding of business cycles in an ERP environment
- Experience leading MDM teams across multiple data domains
- Knowledge of business functions in manufacturing
- Preferred certifications: CPA, Six Sigma, PMP, APICS
- Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
Responsibilities
- Oversee the MDM team’s performance and development
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of data dictionaries
- Extend peer review programs across all data domains
- Provide insightful reporting to leaders reducing data quality issues
- Identify and implement solutions to enhance data architecture and processes
- Promote SAP as the authoritative source for master data
- Develop understanding of Refresco’s data domains and integration points
- Ensure compliance with SOX and process controls through monitoring
- Conduct root cause analysis for data quality concerns
- Manage data cleanup projects to boost data accuracy
- Design and implement a robust MDM technology foundation
- Establish global data management processes to ensure accuracy
- Create MDM program metrics linked to business value
- Serve as the authority on data governance for all data domains
- Conduct periodic reviews of master data to uphold quality standards
