Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
- Over 7 years of relevant experience in a client-focused, technical role supporting software products
- Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent articulation and writing capabilities
- Extensive collaboration experience with software development teams
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of organization in deadline-driven scenarios
- Exceptional documentation abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in validating data migration
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Outstanding listening, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Comfortable using help desk software and providing support through remote tools
- High proficiency with analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Experience collaborating with state agencies and knowledge of relevant state and federal guidelines is preferred
- Willingness to travel approximately 25-40% as business needs require
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document customer and business requirements utilizing Agile methodologies
- Convert business needs into comprehensive functional and technical specifications, user stories, and documentation
- Address customer needs and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Work closely with development teams to identify, prioritize, and implement application updates
- Under the guidance of Product and Program Managers, create training materials related to system usage, troubleshooting, and functionality; conduct client training sessions as necessary
- Actively monitor, maintain, and help resolve technical issues in cloud-hosted environments
- Conduct functional testing prior to client releases; identify, analyze, document defects, and suggest solutions
- Assist in data migration efforts, including validation and reconciliation
- Contribute to internal projects and assist with ad hoc customer inquiries as needed
