Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in developing production systems
- Proven track record in integrating AI/LLMs into operational platforms
- Strong backend development skills, preferably in Python; Node or Go is acceptable
- Modern frontend expertise with technologies such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Experience with vector databases, embedding techniques, retrieval systems, or RAG architecture
- Strong instincts for data modeling
- Knowledge in event-driven architecture and distributed systems
- Cloud-native experience, with a preference for GCP
- High awareness of security and compliance standards
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-embedded workflows for production platforms
- Create and integrate LLM systems linked to both structured and unstructured data
- Develop intelligent routing and decision-making engines
- Build predictive analytics pipelines
- Construct automated compliance and risk detection frameworks
- Develop context-aware agent systems
- Establish enterprise-grade AI infrastructure that drives real revenue generation
- Transition from proof of concept to building production-ready intelligence
