Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development (5+ years for senior positions)
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experienced in production support and troubleshooting
- Strong skills in debugging and performance optimization
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters preferred for senior roles)

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
- Create and support backend services utilizing Java and Spring/Spring Boot
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices
- Develop responsive user interfaces with modern frontend frameworks
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver optimal solutions
- Write clean, testable, and thoroughly documented code
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum ceremonies
