Requirements
Must:
- Over 15 years of expertise within U.S. National Security, intelligence, defense, or law enforcement sectors.
- More than 15 years of experience utilizing U.S. National Security systems.
- At least 15 years of familiarity with U.S. Intelligence Community mission sets, FISA regulations, and case management.
- 8+ years of proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- 8+ years of experience in crafting and delivering oral briefs and presentations.
- 8+ years of demonstrating poise, tact, and diplomatic skills with diverse staff and stakeholders.
- Valid Top Secret Security Clearance or the capability to obtain one.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing, strategizing, initiating, coordinating, and executing special initiatives and programs of various complexities.
- Analyzing policy, data, and systems, and providing recommendations for enhancements or modifications.
- Implementing corrective measures arising from evaluations and analyses.
- Translating and conveying intricate technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Utilizing U.S. National Security systems to assist in achieving mission goals.
- Leveraging expertise in Intelligence Community mission sets, FISA policy, and case management processes.
- Gaining insight into how stakeholders interact with different enterprise systems and applications.
- Drafting and delivering oral presentations and briefs to multiple levels of staff and stakeholders.
- Exhibiting confidence, tact, and diplomacy when engaging with all levels of personnel and stakeholders.
- Proficiently using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
