Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility (DOJ Adjudicated)
- 8+ years of experience in software development focusing on custom-built applications
- Proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack, particularly C# and .NET
- Proven capability in building and managing CI/CD pipelines within a DevSecOps framework
- Strong understanding of Agile development practices and experience leading Scrum teams
- Extensive knowledge of version control and collaborative tools like TFS and Azure DevOps
- Ability to create high-quality technical documentation and UI/UX wireframes
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, maintenance, and significant architectural redevelopment of custom applications within the DOJ NCS application framework
- Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines to ensure swift and secure software releases in classified settings
- Drive the shift to DevSecOps methodologies, embedding security throughout the development lifecycle
- Manage the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), converting high-level requirements into actionable user stories and technical tasks
- Create comprehensive design artifacts, including wireframes and technical documentation, to direct the development efforts
- Conduct secure software programming to reduce insider threats and comply fully with Section 508 accessibility standards
- Provide Tier 2 application support to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and security processes
