Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree plus 7+ years of experience, or a Masters degree plus 5+ years of experience.
- Familiarity with big data technologies, including Apache Spark and Databricks.
- Proficient in ETL processes.
- Experience with the Advana Data Environment.
- Knowledge of cloud services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or MilCloud 2.0.
- Ability to engineer data pipelines across various security domains and classified networks.
- Proficient in multiple programming languages.
- Active Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Assist acquisition missions by deriving insights from both structured and unstructured datasets.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models to guide decision-makers and military leaders.
- Transform analytic results into straightforward, mission-focused recommendations.
- Create machine learning, statistical, and optimization models.
- Perform feature engineering, validation, and fine-tuning of performance.
- Organize, normalize, and harmonize data from diverse classified and unclassified sources.
- Maintain adherence to data governance standards in line with DoD data strategies.
- Comprehend how enterprise-level initiatives correspond with the DoD Data Strategy.
