Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Technology, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Over 10 years of experience in various acquisition and sustainment portfolios.
- Proven track record of success working within cross-functional teams, ideally in government or defense sectors.
- Strong grasp of data visualization techniques.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience with senior leadership briefings.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Must possess a Secret clearance at the start of employment.
Responsibilities
- Engage as a key participant in the comprehensive delivery of prototype initiatives, ensuring project milestones, deadlines, and outcomes align with Department of Defense (DoD) objectives.
- Act as the lead subject matter expert, collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and designers to guide context engineering and facilitate execution.
- Convert mission requirements and stakeholder priorities into coherent delivery plans, roadmaps, and action strategies.
- Collaborate with design and technical leaders to ensure user needs are effectively integrated.
- Assist in maintaining delivery practices that comply with government standards, security protocols, and accessibility guidelines.
