Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret SCI security clearance is mandatory.
- Bachelors Degree with 15 years of experience in military, government, civilian, or contractor roles, preferably with the Office of the Secretary of War.
- In-depth knowledge of AI processes, engineering, integration, and/or the acquisition lifecycle and management is necessary.
- Proficiency in writing contracts and Statements of Work is essential.
Responsibilities
- Generate and present performance reports, strategic assessments, decisional documents, and action memos to facilitate actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Produce deliverables such as responses to CATMS tasks, executive summaries of AI discussions, proposals for advanced analytics and predictive modeling applications, and assessments of collaborations between various DoW components and industry.
- Collaborate with OUSW(I&S) and CDAO on congressional responses and formal memos for the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security.
- Execute comprehensive mapping of organizational activities, business procedures, governance structures, and workflows to aid in the design, development, and implementation of AI tools connecting intelligence data across the DoW Intelligence Community.
- Conduct mission analysis and risk evaluations to determine resourcing needs and support strategic decision-making while aligning the delivery of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) products with established AI timelines.
