Requirements
Must:
- Prior experience in customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient with computer systems and customer experience platforms
- Capability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Dependable attendance and adherence to schedules
- A genuine passion for pets and assisting others
- Willingness and eagerness to grow within the role
- Preferred: Warehouse experience
- Preferred: Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service
- Preferred: Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Extensiv, Teams, and Re:amaze
Responsibilities
- Address customer service inquiries regarding expedited shipping, order cancellations, updates, and replacements for high-risk customers
- Collaborate with the shipping team to provide necessary order updates
- Manage the customer return process, ensuring timely and accurate refunds and account updates
- Respond to shipping requests from internal teams, including Sales, Social Media, Marketing, and other cross-functional groups
- Engage in Customer Happiness initiatives like Surprise & Delight, Follow-up Friday, and Customer Loyalty programs
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries across various channels, reviewing brand websites, Amazon, Walmart, social media, email, SMS, and other CX platforms
- Work with the team, participate in training, and stay informed on products, policies, and company developments
- Show initiative to grow in the role, taking on additional responsibilities to enhance experiences for pets and their owners
