Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within IT and Managed Services, SaaS, or Cyber Security.
- Robust understanding of IT systems, enterprise integration, and business process modeling.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in engaging with both technical and sales teams.
- Capacity to convert technical and operational needs into actionable product strategies.
- Solid technical judgment and comfort operating in security-sensitive contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects while ensuring consistency in deliverables.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (visa sponsorship is not available).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CTO to align strategy and vision with actionable execution plans.
- Oversee the product roadmap for both internal and client-facing IT and Security Products.
- Work alongside engineering, design, and operations teams to develop execution plans, launch specifications, timelines, and resource management.
- Drive quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Prioritize feature enhancements based on practicality, resource limitations, and urgency.
- Formulate the product adoption strategy and associated success metrics, partnering with relevant teams on training and releases.
- Relay product vision and updates to stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Provide sales training and support for events and seminars.
- Manage the product management lifecycle.
- Coordinate the resources of the Product team, including internal staff and external consultants.
