You will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing Microsoft 365 environments, which will include Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business. In addition, you will deploy and manage Azure virtual machines, networking, and hybrid cloud solutions, configure Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access policies, and Multi-Factor Authentication. Moreover, you will configure and maintain networking infrastructure, provide tier 2 and 3 escalation support for intricate technical issues, and participate in client onboarding, technology refreshes, and project deployments. Collaborating with the Senior Engineering Project Team on complex implementations and mentoring junior engineers will be important aspects of your role. Documentation of technical procedures, configurations, and client environments in PSA systems will also be necessary, along with taking part in a scheduled on-call rotation and providing on-site support when needed. ---
