Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of direct experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Proven track record of at least 2 complete SailPoint implementations
- In-depth knowledge of the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform
- Strong coding skills in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and XML
- Competence in creating custom connectors and adapters
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services
- Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and related directory services
- Understanding of SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and other IAM protocols
- Proficiency in SQL and database management concepts
- Experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems
- Skilled in Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD processes, and project oversight
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks and projects at once
- Excellent mentoring and knowledge sharing abilities
- Preferred: SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect certification
- Preferred: Knowledge of additional IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Ping, Azure AD)
- Preferred: Experience with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD frameworks
- Preferred: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions aligned with business needs
- Configure and tailor workflows, forms, policies, rules, and connectors
- Develop custom connectors for application integration using Java, BeanShell, and REST APIs
- Create and sustain certification campaigns, access requests, and provisioning workflows
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) models and conduct role mining initiatives
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural insights for IAM solutions
- Mentor junior engineers, guiding them in technical competencies and industry best practices
- Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with standards and best practices
- Assess and recommend advancements and features within the SailPoint platform
- Integrate SailPoint with diverse enterprise applications such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, and ServiceNow
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues concerning identity management
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and environment maintenance
- Enhance system performance and ensure scalability
- Implement access certification processes and remediation workflows
- Generate reports and dashboards for audit and compliance verification
- Ensure adherence to security best practices in all implementations
